Woof!! My name is Cassie!
Some people think that I look like a puppy, but the truth is I'm older than I look. ;-) I was rescued by my Mom and came to live with her when I was approximately 5 years old. We like to hike in the mountains of North Carolina and visit as many waterfalls as we possibly can with my Mimi and Papa. When we're not hiking, we're visiting folks in the nursing homes, hospitals, and oh yeah! Kids like YOU in the library! My favorite thing in the whole world next to reading, is riding in the car. I love to travel! Mom takes me everywhere she can! We visit the PTC Dog Park regularly and all the local pet stores. I love playing with my friends (human and non-human alike), chasing toys occasionally and rescuing fallen baby birds from trees. Honestly, I just like to be petted and eat treats!
