Woof woof woof!

Hi Everyone,

My name is Chance and I am a 4 year old Golden Retriever. I got my name from my Breeder because when I was born I came into the world not breathing. Thank goodness my breeder knew CPR and breathed the breath of life into me and I have been a strong boy every since!!  My Mom thought it was very appropriate to never change my name and I am glad.

I have been a Therapy Dog since I was a year old. I just love visiting all the people I get to see. I go to the hospital, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and camps for seriously ill children. I love visiting children in libraries so they can read to me!!

My favorite pastime is sitting on my Mom’s lap – I have her fooled that I am a Chihuahua and that I don’t really weigh over 80 pounds.  I love playing with my ball and trying to keep it away from my big brother Sam.

Everyone thinks I am a clown because  I make them laugh,  I like to do silly things, really it is just because I am such a happy dog.
