Hi  folks! My name is Mrs. Cooper...yes, that really is my name.  My Mommy and Daddy gave me that name because they liked the name "Cooper", but they wanted to make sure that I had a "girl name", so that is why I am called Mrs. Cooper.  I am a golden retriever and I was born on Ground Hog Day (February 2nd) in 2007 in beautiful Knoxville, Tennessee.  At home, I have a family that includes two other goldens - Auggie is my brother, and Covey is the senior citizen of the family and my Mommy and Daddy too.

I have had over two years of obedience training, and I have received my "Canine Good Citizen" title, which means that I have mastered the basics of good obedience.  I am also a registered pet therapy dog with the Delta Society, and I am working on competing in dog shows to earn my first title in competition, which is called "Companion Dog", or "CD".  I had so much fun at the dog shows and can't wait to do some more!

I also love to retrieve things and my favorite place to go is to the beach.  I enjoy swimming and playing in the sand.  I am so excited to read with you, and I am sure we will have fun together!
